With wide geographic appeal from the winter meccas of Southern Texas and Arizona to
summers in the mountains of Colorado, with stints from the bayou country of Louisiana to
Inns along the eastern seaboard, Jay & Tammy have entertained audiences with their
music at special bookings, events, and for entire seasons. In several locations they have
appeared seasonally for over ten years. It attests to their talent and appeal that they enjoy
many return engagements.
Talented professional musicians on Guitar and Bass, Jay & Tammy have an unusually
broad generational appeal. Eclectic and versatile, they select the best in various styles of
music and perform an impressive repertoire in excess of 1000 vocal and instrumental
selections, remarkably spanning nearly a century of American music. This repertoire includes
selections from Swing, The Big Band Era, Classic Country, Western and Perennial Favorites
of the Pop Charts and Artists. They also have special program sets for special events, such
as German Music for Octoberfest or uniquely regional music such as French Canadian and
Spanish.
They book dances and/or shows at Church Parish Halls, Lodges, Resorts, Campgrounds,
Inns, Fraternal Organizations, Recreational Centers, R.V. Rallies, Restaurants and Community
events. Quite noteably, their "Toe-Tapping Music" and medleys bring dancers to the floor in
great numbers.
As entertainers, Jay & Tammy have acquired a reputation for reading the audience and quickly establishing a rapport. Enhancing their considerable talent, this audience engagement is frequently cited in recommendation. Jay was the recipient of The 2008 and 2009 (Families Advocating Moral Entertainment) FAME AWARD for Musician of the Year and Lead Guitarist of the Year. Tammy was the recipient of The FAME 2008 Directors Award and 2009 FAME Bassist of The Year Award, Vocalist Of The Year Award and Song of The Year Award for On My Fathers Side written by Jan Buckner.
Most noteworthy, Jay & Tammy acquire a following of fans eager to hear them play and
sing. They are scheduled to play several RV Resorts in The Rio Grande Valley of South Texas.
This coming 2008-2009 season will be their 20th year to return to The Rio Grande Valley.
They are playing Six Flags Over Texas in Arlington for "The Best Of Texas Festival" which
happens on the first three week-ends of September. They have played Good Sam Samborees
for the following States...Texas, Arkansas, Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, & Maryland.

And Curling Club in Summerside, Prince Edward Island Canada. French Quarter Cafe in
Moody Texas every Monday & Wednesday 6:00 - 8:00pm. The French Quarter Cafe in
Temple Texas every Tuesday 6:00 - 8:00pm. Pearl Schoolhouse in Pearl Texas. From
Vallecito Lake in Colorado, Alaska to Maine, wherever they have appeared, return audiences
